While waiting for the alchemy of yeast and for the football to give way to commercials, I applied myself to research and brainstorming, and the main characters all have addresses at which to reside when they are not off performing acts of great heroism or terrible evil. I've decided to end on a high note, and pick it up again tomorrow, with a (potentially) recharged brain.
Maybe my subconscious will hand me a perfect list of superhero names over my morning cup o' joe.
It could happen.
Tomorrow's going to be a busy day, in my alter-ego as Busy Mom. My oldest son (who happens to be autistic) has a sedation dentistry appointment in the morning, which will take him all day to recover from, the poor sweetheart. As my younger son is enrolled in virtual school, this means I will have twice as much company at home as usual. My younger son also begins soccer practices tomorrow evening. Busy, busy, busy.
This leads into my second most frequently asked question, (by people who know me, which is, presumably, the only people looking at this blog so far):
So, how much time are you spending writing? When are you doing it?
1-1.5 hours in the wee hours of the morning- me, my coffee, & The Beast. During the day (recess & after school), 1 (interrupted) hour. After the boys are in bed, 2-3 hours.
On Friday nights, the boys go to Grandma's and I have 3 blissful hours before Date Night. Saturday mornings, I still wake up early, and get in 4-5 hours before the boys return. Sometime on Sunday, I'll find 2 hours.
That answers the when. Now let me just add up the time :
