What's cooking?

My garden is filled with lovely surprises. This is one from this afternoon:

That's right. 13 delicious ounces of beans.
They will steam up nicely to go with the glazed ham baking in the oven.

Ham with brown sugar/pineapple juice glaze. Yum!
For Christmas, I made a double batch of rolls. We enjoyed one batch for Christmas dinner. The other batch I froze. It's been defrosting now for a little while, and will rise in enough time to be a yummy side dish tonight.

Freezing stuff? Consider the advantages of foil.
I should point out that I will not be baking the dough in the foil. The biscuits would be a little squashed. I should also point out that we won't eat all these biscuits for dinner (even though they are yummy). The leftovers can be reheated for 10 seconds in the microwave and used to accompany breakfast for a few days. Efficient, frugal and tasty!
